Role Description

As a Graphic Designer at Magic, you depict the vision for brands that are altering our collective narrative. You create imagery so visually striking it stops your audience dead in their tracks. You are a creative chameleon who empathically transports yourself into your viewer’s shoes, switching gears into a new design as smooth as a Tesla accelerates. You’re a productivity beast and you’re obsessed with finding the imagery that inspires others into action.

The Graphic Designer ensures that all of Magic’s design work…

  • Meets our standard of excellence
  • Speaks to the known needs and desires of the ideal customer, not our own biases and assumptions about the customer
  • Embodies the brand aesthetic and stays within the clients’ brand guidelines

  • Is aesthetically pleasing, aspirational, and most of all not boring or fear-based. That’s not our vibe.

THe Nitty Gritty

  • Has 3+ years of experience working in graphic design and digital marketing, with a specific focus on paid social media advertising, landing pages, and email marketing 
  • Is obsessed with design and has experience creating assets at every stage of a funnel
  • Creates stunning graphics that appeal to the hearts and minds of any audience
  • Enjoys conceptualizing new content
  • Doesn’t take creative feedback personally and can iterate at the drop of a hat 
  • Is committed to continuous growth and charting their own path
  • Gets meaning and purpose from working with clients that are changing the world as we know it (for real)
  • Takes extreme ownership of their work


  • Conduct market research, review customer empathy interviews, and review clients brand assets
  • Brainstorm with Copywriter and Creative Director to create an advertising angle for creatives
  • Receive creative feedback and revise graphics in a timely fashion
  • Hit deadlines when producing the following deliverables for clients:
    • Facebook Ads 
    • Emails (Indoctrination, Welcome, Abandoned Cart, etc.)
    • Landing Pages
    • Google Retargeting and Banner Ads
    • Sales Pages
    • Website Graphics
    • LinkedIn Profiles 
    • Organic Social Posts
