Note from James Guldan
Owner of Vision Tech Team
One of the massive privileges of working with some of the biggest information marketing companies and Ecommerce brands in the world is getting to see the backend of everything that is working.
I decided to document some of the takeaways and share them in a segment I will be entitling Funnel Optimization Case Studies.
I will be going through pretty much any client that will let us share some of the takeaways from working with them.
Our goal with all of our clients is to get them MASSIVE growth. With this client they have been growing 1000% per year. That type of growth is hard to keep up with.
James (Owner of BodyFX) happens to be one of the best cold traffic guys I have ever met. Their core competency is traffic which has allowed them to grow so quickly.

WHY THEY CAME TO US:
PROBLEM:
They wanted to gather all of their products/brands together with a Body FX membership and add supplements and physical products to their lineup.
Solutions:
We have been innovating their main site Bodyfx.com to sell their membership. We have helped optimize landing pages, helped to optimize order forms, and page speed increases. We also started their store.
TECH SPECS: (WHAT TECHNOLOGY WAS USED FOR THIS PROJECT)
Pages built on: Custom HTML/CSS/, Wordpess, Unbounce – There are alot of use cases for the business, so all of these are needed.
CRM: Active Campaign
Marketing Automation: Active Campaign
WHAT WE LEARNED:
The major piece that we have learned through BodyFX is that you don’t necessarily need these long drawn out lead-generating funnels to convert. Turns out, if you have enough social proof and an excellent product, people will buy directly from an ad.
Also, the best business model is continuity. It is helpful for the consumer as they can test out the product at a lower cost and puts the burden on the company to make sure they have a great enough product and provide enough ongoing value to keep the customer on recurring payments.
